Hi! Welcome to Spudbash, the website of a woman who relishes seasonal and regional eating and thinks fruit was put there for her especial pleasure! In fact, I’m so obsessed with British heritage culinary fruits that I founded the Big Little Fruit Campaign to highlight them.

We all need to eat, but our consumer choices have never been more complex. My Spudbash approach aims to make the best of what the local soil and seasons offer and so avoid the worst of what's out there. Can I help you enjoy your food more?
